These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Syron mobile application (“App”), operated by Syron (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Syron provides a digital platform for:
- Emergency and standard transportation ticket booking
- Travel planning and route optimisation
- AI-based regional safety analysis
- In-app wallet services for payments and transactions
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent, where required by applicable law, to use the App.
3. Ticket Booking Services
Syron acts as an intermediary between users and third-party transportation providers. We are not responsible for:
- Delays, cancellations, or service interruptions
- Changes in schedules, pricing, or availability
- Decisions or actions of third-party providers
All bookings are subject to availability and provider terms.
3.1 Automated Booking (Auto-Booking Feature)
The Syron application may provide an automated ticket booking feature (“Auto-Booking”).
Auto-Booking is enabled only when the following condition is met:
When enabled, the system may automatically initiate and complete ticket bookings based on user-defined preferences, availability, and emergency routing conditions.
By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Auto-Booking operates based on system logic and predefined parameters.
- Availability of tickets is not guaranteed, even if the balance requirement is met.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining sufficient funds in your wallet.
- The feature may be modified, suspended, or disabled at any time without prior notice.
- Syron does not guarantee successful booking under high-demand or emergency conditions.
4. AI Safety System
Syron provides AI-generated regional safety insights based on aggregated and publicly available data sources. These insights are for informational purposes only and:
- Do not constitute official warnings or government advice
- They are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete
- Should not be the sole basis for travel decisions
Users are responsible for verifying critical information through official sources.
5. In-App Wallet
Syron includes a digital wallet that allows users to store funds, make payments for tickets and services, and view transaction history.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details. Users are responsible for maintaining account and wallet security.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the App for illegal purposes, attempt to interfere with system functionality or security, or exploit system features, including AI or Auto-Booking mechanisms.
8. Data and Privacy

Passport data is collected only for ticket booking and identity verification and is not used for any unrelated purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syron is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Travel and booking risks remain the user’s responsibility.
10. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology in Syron are owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the service.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
